kick some...
just went to check out this free -- yes, FREE -- taekwondo class in SF. lotsa kids in the class, so it was a little unfocussed, but I really enjoyed it, and am hoping to be able to get off work at least once a week to be able to go to class. always feel a little foolish doing my yelling thing, but feels great so far. S'ok, I'll be sore tomorrow.
