aah. bit sluggish and under the weather today. fighting off this bug for a coupla weeks, and i'm starting wear a bit thin. bit of a full weekend --

lost? the usual random fun at the chinese new year treasure hunt. did well despite much slow ambling, gawking at dragons, and minor food browsing -- note to self: never deny jenie food or tapioca drinks, she gets grumpy, and you'll only have to go back for them anyway ;-}. our team was made up of two lindas and a very giddy jenie. had the usual fun running amok through the various stratospheres of the city (both economic and geographic). my poking fun at teams in matching attire bit me in the butt, as linda showed up in a work sweatshirt matching my own. ah well, that's another lesson in humilty or something.

found? working on placing mabel in a home. hoping that the folks who visited this sunday (judy of the flying donuts was one) will work out. but i'm not doing the hard sell, really. REALLY.

but do think good thoughts for sweet mabel, and focus on visualizing a good loving home -- before i jeopardize my rental ability even further (even in this market, one dog is a tough landlord sell, but two...?)

lucky? so in addition to good mabel thoughts, send cwee good thoughts and good luck -- she's got that hideous behemouth of an exam for the next THREE DAYS -- t/w/th. tho why she wants to pass the bar in jersey and penn -- mebbe she'll come to her senses and move out west. hey, and no slacking! -- good thoughts for all, no scrimping on cwee or mabel, geddit?
