nice 'n easy sunday oc-1 run
2007_0506practicemap

more fun with google maps. nice oc-1 run on sunday with alan--chrissy field to fishing pier to marina rocks, back to short pier then home. (1-1/2 to 2 hours). gorgeous sunny quiet day, slight headwind going down. some chop on the ama side had me concentrating, and working on getting loose and comfy in the water. fast paddle back, some chop, but not much headwind. gorgeous and finally loose and happy.
